It appears to be from Angelus Sileslius. In Pathways to Bliss (pg. 23) Campbell says:

Perhaps Campbell was referring to the whole picture when he said "...and you see the whole thing..." For example, something like the drawing All Is Vanity (1892) by Charles Allan Gilbert.
