...which at their core are psychological expressions of aggression arising from some perceived threat whether consciously recognized or not. So while I mean no disrespect, honjaku, truly, I admit that I've wondered about your reaction to those in this thread who do value the creative impulse and creative products, the special cultural role of art and artists regardless of skill level and irrespective of social validation, the general notion of art for art's sake, etc. Where's the threat?satire: trenchant wit, irony, or sarcasm used to expose and discredit vice or folly
