Black Soul

Post by megalixir »

Where does Campbell mention how in medieval times theology/theologians of the time regarded the woman as having no soul, or a black soul. I thought it was included in Creative Mythology alas I cannot seem to find it. I may be misremembering.

Appreciate your time and attention to my inquiry.

Hi Megalixir,

There’s a section in Creative Mythology (paperback pg. 595) that mentions “witches” and “no souls.”

Hope this helps.
