Moderator's "leave of absence..."
Hey, all.
As some of you know, for some time now I've been dealing with personal issues that have interfered with my reliable participation on the board as promised or as expected (Jung threads, for example)...well, "reliable" to my way of thinking since I've been unable to keep up as I'd like without feeling guilty (Cindy Psychology 101 ). So Clemsy and I have talked, and I've decided to take a break from moderating responsibilities, and instead enjoy the persona of a regular JCF associate for a while and the flexibility this entails. It so happens that my personal journey has set me on a course encompassing the onset of my final stage of life, and many things are in flux for me; in all honesty, I've had trouble keeping up on occasion given health issues and preparing for a career change at this stage. What all this comes down to is releasing certain voluntary responsibilities until I'm better able to manage more.
Still, at some point I would like to resume daily moderator responsibilities if the JCF will have me, but for the near future I need to lighten my load. None of you, though, is rid of me just yet. You associates and this site have proved to be an anchor for me. Thank you for that.
Take care!

Cindy I'm sure everyone here wishes you the very best in whatever your next phase presents to you. As a moderator you have left a wonderful example for any who follow in your footsteps and your presence in that role will most definitely be missed. Great job!

And James, I can guarantee the JCF will have no problem with Cindy resuming her mod duties after a LOA. Yup. No problem there. lol!
Cheers,

Hey again, James and all.
I've missed you these past several weeks so you know. Since I took my leave, I've established a new routine to deal with, well, my life--ha!--and my hope is to be able to manage more time here as well now. We shall see. Once upon a time I could multitask with the best of them...
Everyone's been doing well, I hope. Take care!

Hey, all!
Everyone's been doing well, I hope. I've been thinking about you, but since the winter months aren't my chattiest time of year, you'd never know that, huh.
And "hello," too, to the site's newcomers.
Now I'm off to read and catch up a bit.
Take care!
