MAN, THE METAPHOR - THE ILLUSION

Post by jufa »

Man continuously view the reality of life by comparing varieties of the fruits he eats from an allegorical tree of knowledge of good and evil.. A mystical tree, which, by thought interpretations and digesting of this tree's fruit, explodes into confusing and mysterious metaphors, myth, and symbols in man's wake; keeping man ignorant to his responsibility of knowing his body is the tree of life because it is his Spirit which represents "the temple of the Holy Spirit."

Confusing metaphors, myth, and symbols, be they, falsely representing a split personality of the breath of life.

Man is the original metaphor of Spirit awareness; the Word made flesh. But man, in abstractness, plucked the fruit of knowledge of dualism from "the tree of good and evil," ingested this knowledge into his conscious awareness, it became the ingredient of matter, and building blocks of his beliefs, and foundation for the collective universal intellect, which, because of individual impermanence, cannot sustain his soul in the constructed house he built based upon his impermanent belief in matter.

So the questions becomes, is man permanently locked in the box of his beliefs and thought interpretation when the world will no longer allow his participation in it?
